Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgeon to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will perform reconstructive and cosmetic surgical procedures, provide comprehensive patient consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining the highest standards of safety and ethics. Key Responsibilities Conduct patient consultations, assessments, and pre-operative evaluations. Diagnose and recommend appropriate surgical and non-surgical treatment options. Perform cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care and follow-up. Maintain accurate and timely medical records and surgical documentation. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, and recovery plans. Adhere to hospital policies, clinical protocols, infection control standards, and ethical medical practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Required Qualifications MBBS with MS/DNB in General Surgery and MCh/DNB in Plastic Surgery (or equivalent recognized qualification). Valid medical registration with the applicable medical council. Proven experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgical procedures is preferred. Strong clinical judgment and surgical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Preferred Skills Expertise in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures. Experience with minimally invasive and laser-based treatments. Strong patient counseling and relationship management skills. Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety. Time management and organizational skills. Experience 1–10+ years of experience (depending on the organization's requirements).
