The institution functions as a referral center and provides exposure to a broad spectrum of medical and critical care cases within a multidisciplinary environment. Rotational shift pattern: Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 AM One-hour handover period between shifts. Work schedule: One week off after every six consecutive working weeks. Post-night duty day off provided. Total annual leave entitlement: 18 days, including 6 sick leave days. Compensatory off provided for duties performed on hospital holidays. Team structure: 3 Critical Care Consultants. Approximately 30 Specialists/Registrars, including DrNB Critical Care and IDCCM trainees.
