Opportunity to play a key role in the expansion and development of Critical Care services within a growing multidisciplinary team. The institution functions as a referral center, providing exposure to a broad spectrum of complex critical care cases. • DM / DrNB Critical Care qualification is mandatory. • Primarily a leadership and administrative role within the Critical Care Department. • Night shifts may be excluded upon request, subject to departmental requirements. • Expected to lead and oversee the Critical Care team and contribute to service development. • The ICU currently operates as an Open ICU, with plans to establish a Closed ICU model under Critical Care leadership. • Existing team comprises 2 Critical Care Specialists and Junior Residents. • The hospital is actively recruiting additional Critical Care Specialists to further strengthen the department. • Round-the-clock availability of: Cardiology Services, Blood Bank, Dialysis Services, MRI
