Qualifications MS/DNB in Orthopaedics from a recognized institution. Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the respective State Medical Council. Fellowship in Arthroscopy, Joint Replacement, Spine Surgery, Trauma, or Sports Medicine is desirable. Certification in ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) is preferred. Experience Minimum 3–5 years of post-qualification experience as a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon in a multispecialty hospital. Experience in managing trauma, emergency orthopaedic cases, and elective orthopaedic surgeries is preferred. Specifications Expertise in trauma and fracture management (TKR/TKR-related practice where applicable, trauma care). Proficiency in Total Knee Replacement (TKR) and Total Hip Replacement (THR). Experience in arthroscopy (knee and shoulder). Management of sports injuries and ligament reconstruction. Management of spine, hand, foot, and ankle disorders. Paediatric orthopaedic care and deformity correction. Bone and joint infection management. Ability to perform elective and emergency orthopaedic procedures independently. Proficiency in interpreting X-rays, CT scans, and MRI.
